Frequently asked questions
Unfortunately ceramic coatings do not protect your vehicle from scratches or swirls. We coution consumers to be very skeptical of any company claiming to do so. Your paint is delicate and should be treated as such, but accidents do happy luckily we can always polish out a scratch and re-apply coating in that area.
We recommend regular washes, preferably hand washes out of the sunlight but any car wash will work. Then having Outshine Detail out twice a year to preform a decontamination wash.
Wax will not hurt the coating but it will cover up the benefits it offers so we don’t recommend.
Our coatings with proper maintenance will last up to 5 years.
